.ch domain without registrar?

I am not really familiair with .ch names, but there is a domainname I am interested in. Maybe someone can help me out. This has nothing to do with our dropcatching services

I am trying to get in contact with the owner, but until now no succes. But when I check the whois it says "Registrar: none". Does this say something that the domain will drop?

But is there normally a reason for this, like unpaid bills/bankruptcy from old Registrar or maybe a Dispute on this name? Or is it possible to register a domain directly @ nic.ch?

the reason is, nic.ch gave up the registrar-function in this year, do every domain must be transfered to another registrar till march 2016.

so the domains with "-" in the whois data are still hosted by nic.ch and not transferred yet. if the domain will not be transferred, he will expire next year.
