Dear Registrars:
Our computer system that supports the financial side has struggled due to a surge that has destroyed the hard drives. Unfortunately, the finance department had not made a backup before the incident happened.
We sent the hard drives to a data recovery specialist, but we're confident that you can restore all information.

To redress the situation as quickly as possible, please send us any information on invoices and domains that previously we have and we sent you.

The information regarding the domain of his customers had been affected. We have several backups on the domain and registrants.

Phishing würd ich sagen ;-) Aber ich weiß es nicht.

....wer weiss es so genau...aber wenn es Phishing war, dann ein orgineller Versuch - wenn nicht, dann sehr peinlich...

ROFL. Herrrrlich. Eigentlich zu unglaublich um wahr zu sein. Als Registrar waere wohl erst mal ein Anruf beim Registry angesagt um diesen Mist zu bestaetigen. Falls ja, dann dies mindestens von der Botschaft beglaubigt per Einschreiben zu bestaetigen.
