Gelöscht.. oder was?

Bis vor kurzem waren noch die originalen Daten drin (war on hold), jetzt kommt seit einiger Zeit das:

Domain not found locally, but Registry points back to local DB.
Local whois DB must be out of date.

Die Nameserver stimmen noch überein, der Rest ist weg. Wurde die Domain nun gelöscht, oder ist wirklich ein Fehler in der Whois-DB?
