Hallo,
Ich habe in der Landrushphase die Domain
airsecurity.info gereggt!
Mr. xxxxxx,
Yes, we are most definately interested in purchasing the domain AirSecurity.info in order to protect our investment in our legitimate business. However, in accordance with the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Policy as adopted by ICAAN and enforced by all authorized Internet domain registrars, we are unable to pay you any more than your out of pocket expenses related to registering of our rightful domain AirSecuity.info, especially since you have registered this domain in bad faith.
We normally pay our Internet domain registrar, Verisign an amount equal to US$70 for a two year purchase of the registration and will offer you this same amount to sign all rights to this domain back over to us. We will have to finalize this transaction no later than November 30, 2001 or be forced to register our formal complaint with ICAAN to exercise our legitimate rights to this domain in which we are entitled.
We trust you understand these domain registration rules and will assist us in efecting a smooth a speedy transfer of this domain name back to its legitimate owners. Upon receipt of our funding, we would expect that you would transfer the domain back to us within 5 business days. If you are in agreement, please send us instructions for wire transfer of the funds to you account.
Sincerely,
John xxxxxxx
CIO
Air Security International Corp.
FYI, here is the rule related to Bad Faith Registration and a URL link to ICAAN should you have additional questions about domain registration rules.
b. Evidence of Registration and Use in Bad Faith. For the purposes of Paragraph 4(a)(iii), the following circumstances, in particular but without limitation, if found by the Panel to be present, shall be evidence of the registration and use of a domain name in bad faith:
(i) circumstances indicating that you have registered or you have acquired the domain name primarily for the purpose of selling, renting, or otherwise transferring the domain name registration to the complainant who is the owner of the trademark or service mark or to a competitor of that complainant, for valuable consideration in excess of your documented out-of-pocket costs directly related to the domain name.
Danke im voraus für die Ratschläge
Gruss
